Essential Requirements
Any Graduate
A graduate degree in any field. We value educated candidates who understand context and language.
Good Typing Speed & Accuracy
Comfortable with computers and capable of sustained, accurate typing. We will test your typing during the selection process.
Attention to Detail
Ability to carefully read and interpret handwritten text — even old, faded, or unclear script.
English Proficiency
Comfortable reading and typing in English. Knowledge of Tamil or other regional scripts is a bonus.
Good to Have
Prior Data Entry Experience
Any previous work in BPO, data entry, or document processing is an advantage but not required.
Familiarity with Excel
Basic Microsoft Excel skills — we will provide training on our specific formats.
Interest in History / Genealogy
A genuine interest in historical records makes this work more engaging and meaningful.
